Terms & Conditions

All bookings must be confirmed in advance via call, WhatsApp, or online confirmation.

A booking is considered confirmed only after advance payment or security deposit.

Balance payment must be cleared at check-in.

Cancellations made 7 days before booking date may be eligible for a partial refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability.

Guests are responsible for the safety of personal belongings.

Any damage to property, furniture, or facilities will be charged to the guest.

Pets may be allowed only with prior permission.

Loud music is allowed only till permitted local timings.

Alcohol consumption is the responsibility of guests as per law.

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited inside the farmhouse.

Familla Farm House is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of valuables during your stay.

Guests must use the swimming pool and other facilities responsibly.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions anytime without prior notice.
